Mark, the code was originally copyrighted by Heath Co, who sold the rights to Mobile Ed; so Mobile Ed now holds the copyright. [update:these copyrights have now been aquired by Robert Doerr of www.robotgallery.com]

I have been able to get Heath and Mobile Ed to release the code to Hero Owners. If this code is to be used for education or support of your Hero Robot, then 'no problem'.

If its being used for *any*other* purpose you will need to discuss it with Larry at Mobile Ed as I have no relationship to Mobile Ed. See my FAQ for their phone/email information.
